Hey guys I am waging war on this person/island

I am really mad because he attacked me for no reason at all. It's fine to wage war, but do it secretly is not what I expected.

So I am being vocal about this. In 2 days I will attack his town, so anyone near me or near his place could actually send his troops or help me as well.
